Requirements

  • A current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant License is required.
  • BLS Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.
  • Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.
  • Collects and documents resident information as instructed. Reports abnormal findings.
