About The Position

Assist residents with ADLs and carry out RN/LPN assignments safely and on time. Promote independence, dignity, and resident strengths while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.

Per Diem Requirements: 16 hrs/pay period (2 shifts), including 2 weekend shifts/month (Fri 10PM–Mon 6AM) Max 400 hrs/6 months (excludes coverage for sick/disability or pre-scheduled shifts) 1 Minor + 1 Major holiday shift/year Weekend call-outs made up within 1 month Complete mandatory education within 3 months & maintain active BLS

Requirements

• Active NYS CNA
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Approved 100-hour Nurse Aide course if certified after 1986

Nice To Haves

• Previous CNA experience preferred but not required
