We are currently hiring Certified Nurse Aide (CNAs) for Monday - Friday (8a - 5p) in Reston, VA. If you’re a compassionate professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking an empathetic and experienced CNA to provide in-home support to a client in the early stages of Parkinson's, including but not limited to transportation and support at the gym, meal preparation, and various ADLs. This role offers the opportunity to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to a client who needs our support.
Requirements
- Active CNA license in the state of Virginia (preferred)
- Experience with Parkinson's preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally attuned to client needs
- Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and gentle personal care
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
- Identify or recommend fun and engaging activities for client based on their interests
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and peaceful home environment
- Collaborate with family members and care teams to ensure continuity of care
