How you'll contribute A Certified Nursing Assistant who excels in this role: Participates in Patient Care Team's delivery of personalized, efficient care with respect for patient's spiritual and cultural differences. Considers factors related to safety, effectiveness and cost in delivery of patient care. Orients patient and family to room and call bell. Upon admission, obtains initial vital signs, height and weight. Records daily I & O, vital signs, and food intake into the electronic medical record. transports patients via appropriate means in a safe and dignified manner. Adheres to patient activity restrictions. Establishes positive relationships with patients/families and reports patient/family concerns accurately and concisely to appropriate care team members. Requirements

Applicants should possess High School Diploma or GED
CNA licensed required
Basic Life Support or acquire within 3 months of hire

Nice To Haves

One year of acute care or one-year long-term care experience preferred
