Requirements
- Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate certification if relocating.
- Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff.
