More about our team Join our team in a 24 bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients with 24 hr cardiac monitoring.

How you’ll contribute A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role: Monitor vital signs/blood sugars Assists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient condition Measure and document input/output and weights Assist nurse as needed Answer call lights Assist with patient admission, transfer and discharge Provide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patient Distribute drinks and/or snacks Maintain clean and neat patient room and work environment. All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A compassionate nursing assistant with an understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring.
• Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
