Requirements
- Active Texas CNA certification (TULIP)
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers
- Provide hands-on patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to RN/LVN staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
