At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident. Position Summary: A CNA/Medication Aide who excels in this role: Administers and documents medications per physician orders, monitors effectiveness, ensures proper storage and accountability, and complies with all policies and regulations. Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming. Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • The applicant should have an active Certified Nursing Assistant license within the state of Virginia.

  • CNA and Medication Aide experience preferred.
