About The Position

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies, and we are looking for amazing Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer medical benefits and flexible hours, with the opportunity to earn up to $21.70 per hour to start. If you enjoy variety and learning new skills, this position is for you. We provide multiple types of contracts, allowing us to be flexible with your schedule. Our staffing includes assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care across all shifts.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and one-to-one care.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Chart and execute plans of care.
• Participate in on-site training.
