About The Position

We're seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You'll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Requirements

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
• Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
• Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience
• Genuinely cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
• Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
• Follows all safety policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
