About The Position

A Plus Health Care is part of the Addus HomeCare family of companies, and we are looking for amazing Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Our staffing includes assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care across all shifts.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations (including current TB test and Hep B).
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and provide one-to-one care when needed.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Chart and execute plans of care.
• Participate in on-site training and fulfill responsibilities to gain access to more shifts.
