About The Position

Our staffing includes assisted living, memory care, nursing homes, and in-home care across all shifts.

Requirements

• Current MT CNA License with a MT CNA Skills checklist.
• Ability to provide proof of current immunizations, including a current TB test and Hep B.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Work in long-term care units, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and provide one-to-one care when needed.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and charting.
• Execute plans of care as directed.
• Participate in on-site training to enhance skills.
