The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provide dignified and compassionate support to each resident.

Requirements

• Current Virginia state Certified Nursing Assistant License
• CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire
• CNA experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming.
• Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.
• Collects and documents resident information as instructed. Reports abnormal findings.
