Requirements

  • Maryland CMT license, valid and in good standing
  • BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in senior care or assisted living preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude.
  • Full-Time Hours 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in senior care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications safely and accurately under the supervision of licensed nurses.
  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes to nursing staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration.
