Requirements
- Current State Medication Technician Certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong communication, time management, and basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of CMT experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and document oral, topical, and suppository medications
- Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, glucose as certified)
- Accurately complete medication documentation and electronic records
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times
