In this Full-time position, you will have a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days. Requirements

  • Current Missouri CMT certification
  • Current Missouri CNA certification

Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
  • Takes vital signs or observes patient to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reaction
  • Assist residents with ADL care as needed
  • Answer call lights and take appropriate action
  • Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
  • Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s conditions or incidents to the nurse
  • Communicates residents' requests or concerns in a timely manner
  • Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and training
