About The Position
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for assisting residents with medications as ordered by their licensed healthcare providers and as outlined in each resident's individualized care plan. This role includes providing medication reminders, assisting with self-administration of medications, and administering medications in accordance with state and federal laws and company policies. The CMA serves as a key communicator with the resident's pharmacy, healthcare provider, and family regarding medication management.
