About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living community. In this role, you’ll provide prescribed medications, support resident care, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Requirements

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in good standing required.
At least 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and supporting resident mobility.
Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and resident well-being.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
Document medications, monitor resident condition, and report changes to healthcare staff.
Assist with vital signs, lab collections, and follow-up communications with families and providers.
Support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator (HCC) in staff training, documentation, and incident reporting.
Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
