About The Position
Northshore Heights is a dedicated senior living facility focused on compassionate, person-centered support for our residents. We’re hiring a Medication Aide to safely administer medication and support residents with daily needs. Schedule: Full Time (7am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday)
Requirements
- TN Certified Medication Aide
- Compassion, patience, and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience in memory care or senior living preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications accurately
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Maintain medication cart and inventory
- Communicate effectively with care staff and families
