Requirements

  • Active certification as MAT, CMA, or ACMA (required).
  • Understanding of the nursing process, coupled with strong clinical skills in medication administration and treatment performance, will be essential in delivering top-notch care to our residents.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proficiency in infection control procedures is a must, while any experience working with the elderly will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Genuine compassion for seniors and individuals needing care.
  • Being able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for building rapport with residents and collaborating with the healthcare team.
