Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in Oklahoma
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart Association)
  • A heart for service and excellent communication skills
  • Physical ability to meet job demands, including occasional lifting (50–100 lbs)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with personal care like bathing, grooming, toileting, and meals
  • Administering medications and documenting accurately
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition
  • Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
  • Responding promptly to residents’ needs and ensuring safety
