About The Position

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Epworth Villa, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our residents’ health and happiness. Working alongside a dedicated team and under the supervision of an RN, you’ll bring comfort, care, and professionalism to everything you do.

Requirements

  • Certified Medication Aide in Oklahoma.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Upbeat, engaging, and passionate about working with seniors.
  • Able to occasionally lift or exert 50–100 pounds of force.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Assisted Living and/or Memory Care experience a plus preferred!

Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed and PRN medications accurately and on schedule.
  • Keep medication records up-to-date and follow all safety protocols.
  • Monitor and document vital signs and other key health indicators.
  • Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and workspace.
  • Be vigilant in observing changes in residents’ behavior, appearance, and health, and report promptly.
  • Collaborate with your team to provide the highest standard of care.
