You are a compassionate and reliable Certified Medication Aide with a strong attention to detail and a heart for helping others. A Day in the Life: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, hygiene, mobility, and nutrition Accurately set up, administer, and document medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse Monitor and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or response to medication Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines Qualifications: License/Certification: Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with valid Kansas certification; CPR certification required Experience: Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or senior care preferred Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a care team At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community. Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with valid Kansas certification
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a care team
