What You’ll Do Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation Assist residents with meals, toileting, and daily living activities Accurately administer prescribed medications and document according to protocols Monitor for adverse medication reactions and report to supervising nurse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care and medication environment Support rehabilitation efforts and resident mobility goals Communicate resident needs and changes effectively to the nursing team Ensure comfort, respect, and dignity for all residents Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff What We’re Looking For Licenses/Certifications: Current Kansas CNA and CMA certifications, plus valid CPR certification Experience: Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Skills: Compassionate communication, reliability, and strong documentation habits Schedule: PRN Flexibilty, only 16 hours/month required What We Offer Pay: $16.25/hr starting base pay, based on experience Shift Differential: Additional $2.00/hr for 2nd shift, $1.00/hr for 3rd shift Weekend Differential: Additional $2.00/hr when scheduled on weekends PRN Incentive: $4/hr incentive pay for PRN status Work Environment: A team-focused culture committed to exceptional resident care At Larksfield Place, every role plays a part in delivering premier service and building a strong community.
