About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide 40 to join their team at Immanuel Courtyard, located at 6757 Newport Avenue, Omaha, NE 68152. This role is essential in supporting residents and enhancing their quality of life within a warm, mission-driven environment. The position offers pay up to $21.44/hour, based on experience, certification, skills, and education. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Current license as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the respective state in which he/she is employed required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age according to Nebraska state regulation and current Medication Aide-40 Hour on the Medication Aide Registry is required if working in the state of Nebraska.
  • Current Medication Aide-50 Hour is required if working in the state of Iowa.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Christ-centered service in resident care and support through assisting with the administration of medications including charting, reporting, and monitoring resident’s condition.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Document any incidents involving a resident.
