Pay $18–$25/hr. Personal injury and orthopedic patients — high volume, acute needs, not routine check-ups Work alongside orthopedic physicians, PAs, and nurse practitioners X-ray certification moves you toward the top of the pay range — training provided if you don't have it Who Thrives Here A certified MA — or trained MA working toward certification — who wants real clinical volume and takes documentation seriously. You stay organized when the schedule is full and you understand that accuracy in this environment affects patient care downstream. What You'll Do Patient Care Room patients, obtain histories, record vital signs — on time so providers are not waiting Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures Administer injections and prepare medications per provider orders Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions Clinical Procedures Perform X-rays — training provided; certification earns top-of-range pay Fit patients for DME and provide usage instruction Manage medication inventory and comply with pharmacy procedures Documentation Accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in NextGen EHR — complete before end of shift Clinical areas stocked and organized without being prompted About AICA Orthopedics 21 orthopedic and injury care clinics across metro Atlanta. 400+ team members. 25 years in the community.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Military Medical Specialist
  • CMA, RMA, or equivalent — or actively working toward it
  • EHR proficiency; NextGen preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, bend and stoop regularly

Nice To Haves

  • X-ray or ARRT certification — top-of-range pay consideration
  • 2+ years MA experience in a clinical setting
  • Orthopedic, multi-specialty, or personal injury experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Room patients, obtain histories, record vital signs
  • Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures
