You will support our medical staff and patients through a variety of duties related to patient care management. Requirements
- A Certified Medical Assistant licensed in the state of Washington
- Willing to train the right fit however, 1-2 years of medical assisting preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written
- Positive outgoing personality is a must
Responsibilities
- Blood draw collection, vitals, lab specimen processing, checking in medications, and phone calls
- Prep test results for physicians, assist with prescription refills, conduct medication start appointments, and electronically schedule patients for appointments
- Maintain appropriate stock of supplies for medication start appointments
- Ensure clinic compliance including OSHA
- Troubleshoot lab issues with appropriate contacts
