Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
• CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
• Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
• Team player and problem solver
• Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary.
• Use our EMR system
• Registering patients
• Insurance verification
• Scanning medical records
• Phoning patients with results and proper medical documentation.
• Providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality.
