Requirements

Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
Team player and problem solver
Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.

Responsibilities

perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients
obtaining vital signs
assisting the provider as necessary
use of our EMR system
registering patients
insurance verification
scanning medical records
phoning patients with results
proper medical documentation
providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality
