About The Position

Millennium Physicians is growing-and we're looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized Certified Medical Assistant to join our Walk-In Clinic team in Naples! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and are ready to make a real impact on patient care, we want to meet you. What You'll Do: As a Certified Medical Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience. You'll support our providers (Physicians, ARNPs, and PAs)

Requirements

• Completion of a Medical Assisting Program (CMA or LPN with IV certification)
• CPR/BLS certification (must be current)
• 3-5 years of experience in urgent care, walk-in clinic, or PCP setting preferred
• Strong computer and EMR skills (Athena a plus)
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Collecting vitals and medical histories
• Performing EKGs and administering injections
• Documenting in our Electronic Health Records (Athena preferred)
• Ensuring every patient feels cared for, respected, and heard
