Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
• CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
• Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
• Team player and problem solver
• Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.

Responsibilities

• perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and assisting the provider as necessary
• use our EMR system
• registering patients
• insurance verification
• scanning medical records
• phoning patients with results and proper medical documentation
• providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality
