We're Hiring: Full-Time FLOAT Medical Support Specialist - M-F 7AM-6PM | Collier County, Naples FL Are you a flexible, dependable team player with a passion for supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient care? What You'll Do: Support 40+ providers by covering PTO, FMLA, and unexpected absences Assist with administrative tasks like managing buckets, handling phone calls, and more Enable in-office staff to focus on face-to-face patient care by stepping in where needed Ready to float where you're needed most? We will introduce and walk you through our Electronic Health Records systems, referral processes, our Patient Portal, and everything you will need to know to be a successful team member! Requirements

Adaptable and proactive mindset
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Willingness to travel within Naples FL
Completed a Medical Assisting Program/Completion of Certification or Registration
CPR/BLS certification
Ability to type at minimum 40 WPM
All certification received, e.g. CMA, CPR, BLS, etc. must be kept current
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance.
The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
