As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality patient care. Working closely with our providers, you’ll help ensure every patient has a positive, efficient, and compassionate healthcare experience. This is a full-time role with 12-hour weekday shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. The position primarily supports one provider, requiring a flexible and adaptable team player. It offers an opportunity to contribute in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment and is ideal for candidates who thrive under pressure and maintain a patient-centered focus.
Requirements
- One of the following certifications: CMA, CCMA, RMA, or EMT
- At least one year of Medical Assistant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity

Responsibilities
- Escort patients to and from exam/treatment rooms
- Triage patients as necessary
- Administer vaccines and injections
- Record patient data prior to the physician’s visit
- Assist physicians with exams and a wide variety of procedures
- Administer medications
- Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and order supplies as needed
- Maintain proper disinfection protocols
- Complete prior authorizations for medications and diagnostic imaging
- Phone in prescriptions and distribute proper medications as ordered by the provider
