About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Physician’s office
- CMA, CCMA, or RMA is preferred
- Great attitude and engages patients with a smile
- Team player and problem solver
- Ability to interact positively and proactively at all levels of the organization and with all physicians.
Responsibilities
- perform a variety of patient care related tasks such as rooming patients
- obtaining vital signs
- assisting the provider as necessary
- use of our EMR system
- registering patients
- insurance verification
- scanning medical records
- phoning patients with results
- proper medical documentation
- providing quality patient care to all ages while maintaining patient confidentiality
