We’re seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who thrive on teamwork, connection, and making a real impact through home care. As part of the Clover Care Visit’s (CCV) Team, you’ll work alongside Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on care with a focus on early intervention and transitional care to set the foundation for long-term health. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must reside in or near Mercer County, NJ , as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.

Requirements

  • You hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
  • You have at least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
  • You have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • You have basic computer proficiency; and are comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • You are able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
  • Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
  • Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
  • Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
  • Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
  • Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
  • Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.
