About The Position

Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform routine clinical and administrative duties to support our patients and providers. Flexibility is key, as you may also float to cover other clinics as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Current Medical Assistant certification (required)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire (required)
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program (preferred)
