Requirements
- Is a state certified Medical Assistant (Michigan)
- State Test (Michigan) Certified Required, or must take within 30 days of hire
- Has experience in healthcare or working with elderly/disabled patients
- Is ready to lead, mentor, and grow
- Brings compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on care and supporting patients in a facility setting
- Leading, coaching, and supporting caregivers on the floor
- Monitoring patient well-being and ensuring quality care
- Communicating with families, staff, and leadership
- Jumping in to solve problems and keep everything on track
