How you’ll make an impact in this role
Assist physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and and registered nurses with prescribed treatments and clinical procedures, supporting comprehensive care in OB/GYN and women’s health settings.
Conduct patient intake by interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical information, and preparing examination and treatment rooms for gynecologic and obstetric visits.
Perform clinical and procedural support duties to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Complete administrative and operational tasks, including answering phones, checking in patients, maintaining medical records, ordering and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Registry of Medical Assistants also accepted.
• Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Medical Assistant credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• 2 days off, 3 days on | Between M-F | Hours vary between 7 AM - 6 PM
• Ability to travel to St. Joseph's Clinic, Wauwatosa Clinic, Glenpoint and St. Francis as necessary
• Certified MA or LPN preferred
• Prior Women's Health Experience
• EPIC experience
