About The Position
Find your purpose as a Certified Medical Assistant at CentraCare Northway Clinic. This clinic features Integrated Behavioral Health Services which gives patients the opportunity to access these services in a family practice setting. The CMA will provide patient-focused customer service to all individuals, oversee and coordinate preventative care services and community resources for patients and their families to achieve good health, help patients achieve optimal health by planning patients' care using evidenced-based guidelines for care, (i.e., Hgb A1C or immunizations as appropriate) or gathering information pertinent to the patients' care from other sources and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently which includes rooming patients.
