About The Position
Novant Health Pediatrics Concord is seeking a full-time CMA Lead! To coordinate and assist the provider to ensure safe quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population. In this role, you'll be responsible for the following: Precepting New CMAs Vaccine Administration and Management Supply Ordering and Inventory Control Clinical Audits Laboratory Support Verge Entries
Requirements
- Education:High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Certified Medical Assistant requirements: Graduate of Certified Medical Assistant program. Certifications allowed through American Association of Medical Assistants.
- Registered Medical Assistant requirements:Registry allowed through Association of Medical Technologists.
- Licensure/Certification: Current certification as CMA or RMA, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
