About The Position

Assist with the examination and treatment of patients/participants under the direction of a physician. Direct Patient Support: Assist providers with patient examinations, measure vital signs, and execute ordered treatments and procedures under supervision. Clinical & Administrative Flow: Prepare treatment rooms, maintain a clean environment, and manage basic materials ordering and stocking to ensure operational efficiency. Accurate Documentation: Interview patients for medical history, accurately chart all information, and precisely transcribe provider orders for lab tests, radiology, and medications. Front-Office Management: Handle critical clerical duties, including answering calls and maintaining organized patient records to support a seamless practice flow.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Certified or Registered both accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
