Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; graduate of a Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Current certification for a Medical Assistant is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Compassion, adaptability, and a patient-first mindset.
• Experience: New grads welcome; outpatient or multi-specialty clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assist with clinical tasks and patient management.
• Support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality services.
• Participate in training and development programs.
