Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program.
- Current national certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Must hold current or obtain within three (3) months of hire.
- Basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Microsoft Office knowledge
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Nice To Haves
- Associate's degree.
- 1+ years' experience in a hospital or physician practice setting.
