About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support an adult outpatient clinic with a focus on cardiology, general medicine, and internal medicine . The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and administrative skills and prior experience working in a private physician office or outpatient facility . This role requires proficiency with EPIC EMR and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• At least 1 year of adult outpatient clinic experience
• Prior experience in a private physician office setting
• Background in general medicine and internal medicine (required)

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for provider visits
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient histories
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Perform clinical tasks within CMA scope of practice
• Manage patient flow in an outpatient setting
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
• Support daily clinic operations and patient care coordination
