About The Position
The position involves assisting providers and other clinical staff in obtaining vital information and preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures. The role includes tracking follow-up appointments related to office visits, laboratory tests, and procedures to monitor patients' disease status. Responsibilities also include scheduling referrals for patients with specialists or outpatient services as requested by the provider, and performing other duties as assigned within the scope of CMA guidelines.
