The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinical team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, providing vital clinical and administrative support to our clients and care teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills will directly impact client health and recovery.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA or RMA certification.
- Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
- Experience with EMR systems; Kipu experience a plus.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Full-time, on-site availability in Manalapan Township, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy within New Jersey’s scope of practice.
- Support onsite medical care for PHP and IOP clients.
- Monitor and record vital signs with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
- Schedule in-person and telehealth appointments for medical and clinical providers.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using the Kipu EMR system (training provided if needed).
- Assist with client intakes and coordinate group session setup.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
