About The Position
Join Ginger Cove, a premier life-care community in Annapolis known for providing exceptional care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) with CNA certification to join our Assisted Living team on the night shift. Requirements
- Current Maryland CNA and Medication Technician certifications
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for working with older adults
- Basic computer/documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous Med Tech or senior care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer and document medications under nurse supervision
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor resident condition and report changes
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support residents’ comfort, safety, and independence
