Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Skilled position responsible for the full scope of equipment maintenance across the campus including: day to day repairs, preventative maintenance, and planned projects. Position works collaboratively with colleagues and contractors. We are seeking a very special candidate for this important role! Requirements

Journeyman HVAC License REQUIRED
3-5 years commercial/residential HVAC experience
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

HVAC certification preferred
Commercial experience required

Responsibilities

Perform routine general maintenance tasks
Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested
Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs including complex problems/failures
Work independently with limited supervision
Work under pressure, in confined spaces; in wet environments and with electrical equipment and circuits, in any combination
Read and interpret blueprints
