About The Position

Certified/Licensed Video Poker Cashier Job Description Responsible for providing friendly, courteous and efficient service to our customers in a video poker gameroom. Ensure prompt response to all customers needs. Ensures all customers receive extraordinary service by providing drinks, change and promoting promotions. Operates assigned bank or window according to procedure. Counts down bank or window at end of each shift and reconciles to the cage accountability. Responsible for the operation of assigned bank or window according to regulations. Ensures that contents of the banks are organized so they can be readily counted at shift change

Requirements

Must be 21 or older.
Must be able to obtain and/or have possession of a State Video Poker permit, Louisiana vendors servers permit, ABO License and clear state background check (no felonies or misdemeanors for theft or gaming violations. )
Must be able to stand 100% of shift.
General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred.
Must have good math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.

General cashiering background or prior money handling experience preferred.
