About The Position
EDS is looking for a certified HVAC Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for healthcare facilities, commercial clients and multifamily properties. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys working in environments where attention to detail truly matters.
Requirements
- Certified HVAC Technician
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, multifamily, or commercial environments a plus
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure compliance with all HVAC industry codes, safety, and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
- Collaborate with property and facility teams to meet project timelines
